1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Italy and offer both domestic and international shipping. For international orders, please check if we deliver to your specific location.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s tracking system or visit our website to check your order status.
6. Delivery to PO Boxes
We do not offer delivery to PO Boxes. Please ensure that your shipping address includes a valid street address.
7. Shipping Fees & Taxes
- VAT: All prices displayed on our website include 22% VAT, which is the standard rate for goods sold within Italy.
- International Orders: For international deliveries, customs duties and taxes may be applied upon arrival in your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient, and they are not included in the price at checkout.
- Customs Clearance: We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in your destination country.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, in the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit:

9. Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

10. Holidays & Weekends
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays in Italy.
- During the holiday season (e.g., Christmas, Ferragosto), shipping times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes. We encourage early ordering to ensure timely delivery.
